Home renovation projects are priced according to the work involved, the condition of the existing space, the materials selected, and the level of finishing required.
A smaller renovation may include painting, flooring, trim, drywall repairs, or feature-wall upgrades. Larger projects may involve several rooms, multiple trades, demolition, surface preparation, installation, and detailed finishing.

Drywall repairs are priced according to the size, depth, and condition of the damaged area.
Small nail holes and minor imperfections may be included as part of standard preparation. Larger holes, cracks, water-damaged sections, uneven surfaces, or replacement drywall may require additional labour and materials.
We identify these repairs during the walkthrough so they can be included clearly in the estimate.
Trim, Doors, and Detailed Finishing
Trim and doors often require more preparation and detailed work than walls.
Pricing can be affected by:

Why We Do Not Use One Flat Price
Every home is different. Two rooms with the same dimensions may require very different amounts of work.

- Difficult access
